Companies need to ensure they separate their marketing email subscriptions from support and patch update news emails. It's annoying af if unsubscribing from the former means I no longer get the latter.

Exactly. Although I did unsubscribe from some companies where I don't have significant products.

Also, being on KVR all day even if you are unsubscribed from newsletters does not help the cause.

I sent IK a question about key switching orchestral sounds in Max. Was interested in the upgrade. Number of responses from IK? Zero. I think I'm done with IK.

I sent an email query to them and got the response within 24 hours (5 hours to be precise, but it could just be a time zone thing). I think due to COVID-19 they are running a bit slow on support and they do mention it. So, hopefully you should get a reply soon.

Try contacting "Peter - IK Multimedia" here on KVR. That always worked for me.

To save anyone else the annoyance just as a heads-up Phoenixverb not available to purchase at Audiodeluxe if from UK. I had read lots of reviews then went to purchase and on checkout said not available in the UK

not sure if this is a new bargain, as these are both for older versions of the current software.

they won't work in nectar 3 or vocalsynth 2, if anyone's wondering.

showed up on pluginboutique feed only lately so I guess its most recent.
just for ensuring I addressed question to izotope support about compobility of
Nectar 2 and VocalSynth Presets with Nectar 3 and VocalSynth 2.
I'll update here once receive their answer.
