The links are correct, but the Pop Grooves MIDI page is all sorts of wrong. The image is of the Pop Punk MIDI pack and the description is "An awe-inspiring collection of jazz oriented grooves".

It's odd how Toontrack products are no longer on sale at Plugin Boutique, noticed it last week and they still haven't reappeared. I worry when product lines start disappearing from retailers because I remember what happened with DV247 who used to be my go-to for guitars and hardware as they had a store in Southampton where I live, they suddenly didn't have any Gibson or Fender for sale IIRC then within about a month they'd gone belly up and now limp on as an online only concern.

I think to be on the safe side I'm going to trawl through my entire PB account (about 30 pages worth of purchases) and copy/paste my serials into a spreadsheet in case anything happens.

Thanks for the heads up. I just did the same. Downloaded everything I ever ordered from them and copy and pasted in all serials into an email I sent to myself just in case.

It does look bad that their helpdesk/contact system says it no longer exists...

W.A. Production Ascension says "Not Found" for both Mac and PC downloads.

Not a good look. Hope they're not going out of business. For now I'll not be buying from them until they fix their site contact system and these downloads.

It could be nothing, maybe they just had a falling out with Toontrack for some reason yet are otherwise in good shape, but I don't think you lose anything by being wary and backing up keys.

And actually it only took me about 15 minutes earlier because the vast majority of the keys are only used short term to register directly on the websites of the software companies e.g. once you log a serial with Toontrack inside their Product Manager it's then associated with your personal Toontrack account so you can grab downloads and updates directly from the manufacturer going forwards.

Thank you for confirming. I tried another PC and the Ascension download page is now reachable as well as their ticketing system. But the three glitchmachines downloads still give me an error. I think it might be something to do with my internet downloader integration affecting it. But glitchmachines was very helpful when reaching them directly.

Edit: So it looks like there's no concern with PB most likely at this time.

Ableton has a couple of free packs they are offering to Ableton owners. Vibrations is a new pack free to anyone owning Ableton Live 10, including people owning the Lite version. Spectral Textures has been reduced to no cost currently, but you have to purchase it thru the system to make it work. It works in Live 9 Intro and up. If you have multiple licenses, you have to purchase Spectral Textures for each of them for it to work.
