Folder Structure & Missing Plugins Re-installed

I have eight Melda plugins.
All the plugins worked just fine.
While in Melda Installer I hit the Quick Clean Up then the Full System Cleanup. Why? It seemed to be the right thing to clean things up just in case they needed clean-up.
I then moved up from the Melda Installer 10 to 14.
The installer seems to work fine.
I can no longer find any of my eight plugins.
What did I do wrong?
BTW I have custom location for my plugins.
All the plugins worked just fine.

^^^
Yes
The plugin DLL files are missing from the plugin folder.
Using the Melda Installer 14, I am in the process of re-installing all the plugins.
I suspect the Full System Cleanup deleted the files.
The current issue for me is the folder structure.
In the MeldaProduction folder I want to keep in a separate folders:
the Mfreefxbundle,
the plugins that will show up in MXxX Core, seven plugins total
the MSound Factory along with MXXX folder.
I suspect this is a no-no!?

I got the three folders to work
the Mfreefxbundle,
the plugins that will show up in MXXX Core
the MSound Factory folder as likely this will be my most used.
I did this only on 64 bit and on boththe VST2.4 and VST3.
All seems ok in Bidule and Studio One 4.
Did I overlook and possible issues that may arise?

You wrote Luke via contact form right? I assume it's fixed now then. If not, please use the email.

I did not contact Luke.
All seems ok the way I did my folder structure.
Did I overlook and possible issues that may arise?
Is there a better way to do it?

If everything works, then it's ok
. Personally I always recommend not to mess with anything
. Just install, no changes, done
