or is it already there? i couldn't find it. I'm new here and just getting into mxxx and msf. both are super fun and deep. i suppose i could build the looper i want with the old looper module but i do like the visual feedback and playhead on the super one

This is a good question. Up until now, everything new has shown up in MXXX.

Not planned really simply because it doesn't seem to make sense. Or what would be the benefit??

Well, i was mostly wondering if i should be patient, or if i should take advantage of the introductory pricing. With that said, I like the visual feedback of the buffer and playhead in superlooper as compared to the looper that is included already in mxxx. it can be hard to know what is happening in looper and the buffer length options are a little confusing to me. i can't write remember right at the moment but it seemed like the length and max length values weren't working for me. and i would use the looper mostly for non standard looping ideas
here is an idea off the top of my head i might try: build an effect with pitch tracking controlling the record button so that whenever a certain pitch is detected, a looper grabs some predetermined amount of time, also a sequence is muting and unmuting looper tracks, which would each be a different note that was recorded, and the main melody for the song emerges. then i could improvise through the effect with live instruments or field recordings or whatever and have organized mayhem coming out which would turn into a glitchy melody
or, you know, some other idea, maybe an automated drone pad machine? i just like having all the tools available. i think if a single track of the superlooper without the fx grid was available as a module in mxxx and msf that would make sense for me

A looper module is available in MXXX, but it's imho far from usable live compared to MSuperLooper. And it would actually be quite easy to add MSL to MXXX, I'm just not sure, if that would even be useful.
