Are you talking about general Native Access issues? I'm not happy about this. NA has trashed my installed Komplete Ultimate several times, and I have had to resort to installing from the provided hard disk and authorising with Service Center. Discontinuing Serice Center wouldn't be an issue if NA actually worked, but it seems to cause a lot of issues for a certain number of users. Support has been of no help.
Will you be refunding my purchase if I can no longer authorise my software?
As far as I know, there is no on going bug requiring to use Service Center as a workaround and so we should be able to make sure your Komplete instruments can be activated via Native Access.
