I'm not happy about this. NA has trashed my installed Komplete Ultimate several times, and I have had to resort to installing from the provided hard disk and authorising with Service Center. Discontinuing Serice Center wouldn't be an issue if NA actually worked, but it seems to cause a lot of issues for a certain number of users. Support has been of no help.

Will you be refunding my purchase if I can no longer authorise my software?
Are you talking about general Native Access issues? If so, that's not really what this thread is about and so I'd probably suggest bringing this to the attention of our support team.
As far as I know, there is no on going bug requiring to use Service Center as a workaround and so we should be able to make sure your Komplete instruments can be activated via Native Access.

The OEM instruments listed here can now be activated in Native Access: https://support.native-instruments.com/ ... nd-of-Life

Native Access can be used on 10.9 and higher if you are using an older OS: https://support.native-instruments.com/ ... g-Systems-

These changes also fixed some known issues with 10.15 and it looks like some instruments can also be activated on Catalina (Colossus and Gold for ex)

We will send official communication around this via newsletter and of course update our announcement to remove instruments that are no longer affected.
So, when will the new NA version that activates these products be available. And will that only support third party products (not NI ones, like B4 II, Pro-53 and Bandstand, for example)?

It's already set up actually so it would work with any version of NA and this is actually for ALL the 3rd party instruments we listed originally. We will share more information about our own application soon.

Matt's post is squarely about Kontakt Player libraries specifically. They will just work in current version of NA, since it's a back-end thing rather than front-end.

Hi all,

in Native Access I see now all my Libs from the discontinued list in the not installed tab.
Do I have to click on the Add Library Tab to point to the installation location to get this fixed?

Thanks
Frank

Good to hear that NI is taking care of this.

Thank you very much. All fine now.

... and the people who smacked NI the most for this are nowhere to be seen now. So typical. :)

Well NI have gone from "can't be done" to "can be done" and now "partially done". The next step is to see if they finish the job and provide satisfactory solutions for the whole list.

I'd still like to see some assurance that it can't happen again.
