Empty pattern generator presets lists in Waveform 11?

I was watching some Waveform 9 videos and noticed that the presenter's pattern generator settings for bassline and chords has a popup when they click on Bassline/Chord Preset that contains a whole bunch of options.

I had Waveform 8, skipped 9 and 10, and now own 11 (on macOS 10.14). When I click my Bassline/Chord Preset buttons, nothing comes up. Not even an empty popup. It just doesn't do anything. I can't figure out if this is a bug or if Waveform no longer (or maybe never?) comes with presets for these pattern generators. I tried contacting support about this a few weeks ago, but I suspect the pandemic has them running limited hours and I never heard anything back on this.

I'm not sure what a fresh install of Waveform is supposed to do when I click on those preset buttons. All I have to go on is what I've seen in videos, and my install (even tried a fresh re-install today) doesn't display anything when I click those buttons, but the videos show a popup with tons of pattern options. I have no idea how to go about fixing this if it's not supposed to be empty. Are there preset files missing from the current installer? Is there any way to get them separately?

Thanks in advance for any assistance with figuring this out. I'm really enjoying the chord track feature and the related writing tools. I just sometimes want to hear a bassline or chord progression that isn't just whole note after whole note when I'm working out the chords on a new project.

I don't know where they are on a Mac, but in Windows these can be found in the presets folder:
C:\Users\{MYNAME}\AppData\Roaming\Tracktion\Waveform\Presets

They can also be found using the browser. If you enter "pattern" into the search they should all show up. If they don't show up, you might need to re-install or something.

If you right-click on a preset in the browser you should get an option to open the containing folder. It looks like all presets go in one folder.
Surely there must be consensus by now...
