Good morning,

I submitted a ticket via support and got an automated confirmation.
But as on former questions, where I have got immediate answer :tu: , now it is more than two weeks ago. Meanwhile I sent several mails to update the matter und renewed the ticket, but got nothing in response.
I hope, boys and girls are well over there, but want to ask, if someone knows about.

We are online but we're struggling a bit to keep up with things during the pandemic.
That coupled with the huge interest we've received since the launch of W11 means its taking longer to respond to tickets.

What I would suggest is that if you have a feature/workflow query to ask on here or our Facebook user group. Hopefully some other users will be able to help you out.

If it's a genuine crash/bug report please still send a support ticket as it's the only way we can manage things like that.
It does however mean that we might not be able to respond in our usual couple of days.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused and I hope you can bear with us.

Hi, and thank you for comming in.
If I know what's going on, all is fine, have been a but unsure about the situation.
Facebook is not my favourite (to say it polite :) )
