Sure you can plug it to a different cabinet, but to get THOSE TONES (Dream Theater, say), it's a Mesa through a Mesa.Daimonicon wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2020 2:55 pmWhat?EvilDragon wrote: Fri Oct 27, 2017 6:04 pm I really hope that you can address it, too! You don't know what you're talking about.
There's a reason studios have many different heads and cabs for different combinations.

Personally, I do like the Reaxis UI but I really really can’t bear the Euphoria one. All those randomly floating windows, little switches and labels with no explanation about what they are doing, are really bothersome and confusing to me. I have been testing Euphoria a lot, and even if I like the sound, I can’t play with the demo for a while without being frustrated by the UX

Thank you for the feedback. Would you mind sending me a PM with more thoughts about the Euphoria UX/UI? Would love to hear that! We do want to make it better.
Thanks a lot!

The authorization system used by Mercuriall is PITA for me.
I have installed plugins on two computers (MacBookPro and Surface Studio) and both lost authorization keys after an OS update (which means I have four keys used). Now, Mercuriall officially changes authorization logic and we need new keys. So, why not reset the keys in the user accounts for those products - logically it seems we cannot run the current version with an old key anyways.
It is said that the communication with Mercuriall there is rather painless, but still, having to do it is a PITA.
I enjoy using their plugins soundwise, but handling is not a great experience.
Best,
Steff

I have to re-authorise every time there is a big Windows update.
I just email Mercuriall support and they always give me more. This will only be a big problem if something happens to these guys

I personally agree that the activation system has to be simplified and improved. Hope it happens sooner than later.steff3 wrote: Sat Apr 25, 2020 11:35 am The authorization system used by Mercuriall is PITA for me.

The latest changes in the authorization code logic forced new activations, yes. However, now the activations should not be lost with big OS updates or using OS backups. We've tested that as much as we could and the improvement was there on our end. Hope the real-world result is the same.
The activation keys in your account can be replenished, no problem with that =)
Also, from what I know, if people were low on activation keys, a few were added automatically.

Well, here I am. I'm a Win 10 user and recently lost my Mercuriall activation. I can either activate now and HOPE they'll give me my activation back, or wait until they reply. I just emailed them.tappert wrote: Thu Apr 30, 2020 11:41 amWindows users will know soon with the upcoming 2004 UpdateBarmaleus wrote: Sat Apr 25, 2020 3:40 pmHowever, now the activations should not be lost with big OS updates or using OS backups. OK, it looks like they understand the problem and have a lenient policy toward replenishing activation keys.Barmaleus wrote: Sat Apr 25, 2020 3:40 pm The activation keys in your account can be replenished, no problem with that =)

They are very good with this.
Every major Windows update screws up all my Mercuriall activations and they are always very quick to keep them topped up

Do you remember which version of Reaxis you were on before the Windows updated? Was it the latest 1.3 with standalone?
We've updated the protection code in the latest releases of Reaxis/Spark/U530/SS-11X, which were released a month ago or so. With these versions installed the activation should remain in place.
In any case, we will not leave anyone without additional activations.

I wish the huge LEDs would be gone in favor of a amp looking interface or at least the choice

Thanks for your reply. It was version 1.1x, I upgraded just now to 1.2, which is the latest available from the website.Barmaleus wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2020 7:55 pm Hey!

Great to know you'll keep replenishing the activations.
