I'm currently at a new track for the One Synth Challenge (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=542364). It's a challenge where only one free of charge synth is featured, no commercial fx, no distortion fx, no chorus, phaser...
Due to the corona lock down the April challenge is a "Any Synth" month and even commercial stuff is allowed.
After just playing with MSF and annoying people with my Feature Requests recently, I thought I do a track with it.

NOTE: The only requirement is that the track must contain bird noises... please forgive me my bad intro with some pathetic attempts to syntesize bird song and a woodpecker pecking wood ... please start listening at about 0:30
The track is made from about 30 instances of MSF, obviously not all playing at the same time and some only there for the "bird" sounds. It's mostly basic Oscillators and waveforms. Only two patches use the FM oscillator and the Drums use the DrumSynth modules which is 4 oscillators + 2 noise generators. No wavetable, no samples. On top of that there's quite a few FX.
My Mastering chain: MStereoProcessor (for monoing the bass), MCompressor (lift lower volume parts a bit), MSpectralDynamics (evening spectrum), Bitwig MultiBand Dynamics (just for the sake...), MUltraMaximizer.
Some User asked: "Which Virtual Analog Synth did you use. I guess it's Diva?" I take this as prove that MSF can sound analog!
