W 11.0.26
ghost track not visible in low detail interface option and barely visible in normal detail.

They are supposed to be relatively fain or they get in the way of the actual track content.

This is probably where the exact type/model of monitor you have makes a difference though so sharing screenshots doesn't make much sense...

I can't see any obvious difference between the normal and "low-detail" options though?

I explain with a gif :

In low res mode, I can't see ghost clip through the midi item
In normal res mode, I can barely see ghost clip through the midi item

Faint is one thing, but it's invisible except where it's unnecessary. In the attached image the track Main Riff has Alternate Riff as a Ghost Track and vice versa. Is it meant to only be visible in the blank areas of tracks?

Surely there must be consensus by now...

yes indeed so my screen and my eyes are OK :D

The main intention of ghost tracks was to be able to underlay an audio track to a MIDI track so you can place MIDI notes in time with audio. I do agree that it's a bit faint though. I'll have a look when I get a chance.
