Delete File in the Browser

I'm going through my loops and setting tags and I just want to report the following:

1. "Delete file" is right next to "Set Tags..." and
2. There is no confirmation and
3. Deleted files do not show up in the Recycle Bin for un-deletion and
4. I spent a lot of time making that loop

I would like to request either a) confirmation before deletion or b) deleted files sent to Recycle Bin.
