Hi Everyone,

Just bought Re-Head. Logic Pro X 10.5 keeps saying its incompatible, although I can make it work; but it is not in the usual Blue Cat audio units menu. It is in an incompatible sub menu.

Anyone has the same message from Logic?

Take care,

Claude

In Logic under 10.14 it opened fine from the Blue Cat folder.

Logic sometimes complains because a text value is not defined for a plugin, but it doesn't affect the stability of the plugin. If you check the plugin manager you should see what the issue is.

Thanks for the heads up, we'll check it out.

We have not tried Logic 10.5 yet - it looks like Apple has once again broken Audio Units validation with this new version (there is indeed no problem with logic 10.4)... Can you maybe open the Audio Units manager and send us a copy of the failed scan report for the plug-in? You can also maybe force the plug-in to validate: it may still work properly in Logic.

Quick update: it seems to still validate fine with Logic 10.5 under Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave). Are you running Catalina?

I am on Mojave. Maybe I should re install Re-Head.

Thank you all and Blue Cat Audio for the feedbacks.

Ah ok. If you can find a way to send us a copy of the validation failure report it would help diagnose the issue.
