I like this approach too -- $29 for couple fixes over freeware.
Oh yeah we're at the new low.
Shame on people buying it.
Murderous duck!

I wonder if the original coder gets anything out of this. If he does, I see no issue with this.

The original Bruce sutherland feedback operator was not correct , there was hardly any feedback going on (even when maxed out )
You couldn't turn a sine --> saw , seems that disco dsp has fixed this
I see. Didn't know that as i rarely use OPL.

I think it should remain free. My opinion ofc.

- multiple emulator cores
- Built with JUCE 5.4.7

Well, just checked and no. ADLplug binaries aren't code signed or notarized unless I missed out something which will lead to issues with Catalina for sure. I studied contributing to the project but JUCEOPLVSTi got forked instead. ADLplug has no AudioUnits support and more cores is not necessarily better ;) Still, a handy one.

This project seems to go against the Spirit Github.com.
How can a respected developer hold their head up high and cash grab.

pull the source from git and compile it for yourself. voila. no cash changes hands.

It helps if you realize what's actually being sold: not the code itself, but support and accountability. If you're a dev, it's not worth it; but if you're not, this route will save heaps of time and effort in learning (but there are lots of pointers to C++ tutorials all over, in easy arrays).
Wait... loot _then_ burn? D'oh!
