Hi!
Somehow last night, after having a session with a pianoplayer I started working on a simple but nice PIANO on my own. I allready did Pianosampling several times, but just layering 3 velocities for each note in TX16WX sampler. I sampled a Boesendorfer Grand about 20 years ago & in the school I'm working they have a quite nice Grand too, so after years of nobody tuning that Piano I asked, if I was allowed to and after tuning I liked the sound and made a quick sample library with a portable recorder. Those Samples are not too bad and as a start with MSF I will now build a small-footprint (Ram & CPU-wise) Grand.

How can I set the pedal sound to the note off MIDI as a Region? I want to try to add a silent pedalsound each time the note is finished and when releasing the Footpedal a louder one.

Is that possible?

Thank you

Martin

Hey, you need to use a dedicated MSF instance inside FX section. Basically the entire generator section follows the global envelope, so triggering something on note-off wouldn't really work. So instead you can put |MSF into FX section, right click and select what should trigger it ;)
