Hi. I'm having some issues/errors with gui resources etc. lately. Where exactly should the .data folders be? I have them inside my custom vst folder in c:/programfiles(x86)/energyxt/vstplugins/u-he

Hi,
we advise you have them here:
C:\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\Documents\u-he\...

The Program Files areas aren't recommended because of the constant hassle with write permission issues, and the .data folders contain files that the plugins need to have write access to.

Ah, if you move it there manually then the plugin won't know where it is anymore.
I'd advice to re-install the plugin and use the above location during the installation process when you're asked for where to put the "Data directory".
If you have any custom presets or soundsets in your presets library, you can move these over to the new location manually, and afterwards delete the old .data folder.
