Ooh! A spectral module too! That seems like the Ozone/Izotope type stuff? Maybe it's doable with a lesser GUI but I think that module might help.

You can save alot of money and headaches and just purchase the actual plugins you mention, even at RRP it works out cheaper than $2000!

I used my mastering plugin up against one of the major mastering houses and I got the gig.
