MSF Factory Devices—Open for Mangling, but OK to SHARE after mangling?

Bunch'a cool new Factory devices in the latest MSF version—Thanks! If you've got the full version of MSF, so far all the ones I've seen are fully editable, which I've been doing a bit of…and wonder what the deal is with sharing these mangled monstrums? Either stated or implied…?

Well, you can edit and stuff, but you need to keep the tags intact, otherwise some hacking could occur

The selectable keywords on the Export Device window and in the device Browser.
PS Vojtech, it would be much better if the tags in each column were in alphabetical order.

I thought as much, but how do these affect "hacking"?
And what does hacking actually mean in this context?
Are you concerned about attribution to the original builder? Is the author info also considered a tag?
