TSC answered, kept their cool, and eventually issue was fixed. Then TSC proposed a little something to make up for it. Unexpected and rather nice gesture.
A day later, I log in my account, lo and behold, the little something was anything but little. Wow. I'm not going into details as I'm not sure they'd want that, but let's say my fanboyism of old is stirring and waking.
So, thanks a lot TSC, really, and keep up the good work, I'm really hoping to make great use of WF11 (within the limits of my abysmal capabilities
