GRR! Note off exported as note ON ENTIRE SONG

Im using claw vsti and it didnt record a note off somehow or somewhere, and for some reason its just not freaking exporting it... I emaield jules maybe he can help but this is so annoying any suggestions?

EDIT okay its that stupid "note on at 0" bug... Jeez. Hasnt this been addressed before? I fixed it :/
