Faders and Drum Pads

Hi,

Could you possibly help, i'm looking for a fader to add to my VST, I have tried the ones from Knob Man however they don't seem to work, just show pics of a faders ??

Also I want to build a drum machine, how can I link the drum pads to a sample, kick, snare etc.

Off = left On = Right side by side, divide width by 1/2. Make in photoshop or whatever.

For drum pads just use a button and for faders you only need the fader-cap itself.
