Hmm, is there a specific reason why you don't prefer the classic Triaxis LEDs?acousticglue wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2020 10:02 pm I wish the huge LEDs would be gone in favor of a amp looking interface or at least the choice

Right. If you were on 1.1, that's the reason why activation did not stay in place after big Win10 update.monomox wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2020 10:44 pmThanks for your reply. It was version 1.1x, I upgraded just now to 1.2, which is the latest available from the website.Barmaleus wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2020 7:55 pm Hey!
Do you remember which version of Reaxis you were on before the Windows updated? Was it the latest 1.3 with standalone?
We've updated the protection code in the latest releases of Reaxis/Spark/U530/SS-11X, which were released a month ago or so. With these versions installed the activation should remain in place.
In any case, we will not leave anyone without additional activations.
Great to know you'll keep replenishing the activations.
At the moment the latest version of Reaxis is 1.3 - available in your Mercuriall account.
1.0 - 1.2 are without standalone and have older protection code.

I prefer look of Poulin amps and seeing a visual reference of what I am using rather than sterility. It's a creative difference in mind. The rest of layout is fine. I would just go for knobs and a face that looks the part. Reminds me of using Sansamp or something.Barmaleus wrote: Fri Jun 19, 2020 7:02 amHmm, is there a specific reason why you don't prefer the classic Triaxis LEDs?acousticglue wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2020 10:02 pm I wish the huge LEDs would be gone in favor of a amp looking interface or at least the choice

But it looks exactly like the Triaxis - which it is emulating...

As a guy who drooled over the triaxis in the day and considering Mercuriall gave us more than the original with a power amp, speaker IR's, input and output effects. I do have a wish list.
It would be nice to have:
a built in tuner
Midi Learn
a bigger selection of Mesa BS speaker IR's - with 1 12, 2-12 ( maybe an add on pack?)
(Why would Mesa have created a pre-amp with so many options if all you were after was High Gain shred?)
(Never seen this before but would be cool) an actual effects loop- insert points
That said, credit were credit is due, Reaxis is a great piece of software.

Just get yourself a free cab emulator and get some Mesa IRsa bigger selection of Mesa BS speaker IR's - with 1 12, 2-12 ( maybe an add on pack?)
Then you can bypass the Mercuriall cabs and use that.

I recently bought Reaxis and have tried to send two messages on the Mercuriall website, but it both says message not sent *and* message sent by the online contact form...either way haven't heard back, so I'm posting here in hopes of getting this solved.
Hi, I had a very difficult time activating Reaxis, but it seems to now show activation. It does not reliably work though. When it does, it sounds great and I like it. When I load it though, most of the time it won't change sounds and the controls do not alter the sound. I'm trying to use it in Logic Pro X. I reinstalled it along with the stand alone and am still having problems. The stand alone does not work at all. How can we get this fixed?
late 2019 16" Macbook Pro 2.4Ghz 8-core 32GB RAM
macOS 10.5.7 (also tried on 10.5.6) Catalina
Logic Pro X and Reaxis stand alone
No other problem with any other amp sims including Amplitube, Waves PRS, or Logic amps, just Reaxis

That is what I stated that I did, but they don't provide an email address, just a contact form that doesn't work.

That's why I said to email that address.
You said you used the contact form - I said try using the email address. I'm not going to type it here, but you can figure it out
Send it to support at the Mercuriall domain.
That's the address I use when I need more activations
