If so, directions? In Manual? Video demo? TIA!
EDIT: Yup, easy to do with a free tool from Melda:) And equally easy to do this in ANY DAW.
Still wondering (just out of curiosity) if this can also be done entirely with Waveform itself…?

Yes, it's a great tool, thanks for the suggestion, and yes, it does offer marvelous MIDI CC options; I have the paid version which is the only way to go with it IMO, since the free one doesn't offer access to the Melda modulation tools, which are unparalleled:)
But what I'm after, in more detail (and can't see how MCCGen could help) is to use W's various automation patterning smarts to very quickly build/draw/create long unique and very specific modulation curves, and then to convert/export these as MIDI files with only CC data in them, for use in another program (OpusModus) which can do all sorts of crazy things with MIDI files but not with automation tracks…
EDIT: OK, it took a while for the blindingly obvious to strike, sorry! Of course, you just automate one of the MCCGen's knobs and out comes whatever MIDI CC you want:) Thanks again.

I've tried Melda's MCCGen in the past and ended up having crashes because of it. Haven't tried it since. Would be nice to be able to automate Midi CC in Waveform (outside of the tab in midi clips).
Linux version?

Vst3 specification didn't support midi cc natively in the past. So make sure you use vst2 if you don't see midi ccspoontechnique wrote: Fri Jun 26, 2020 4:48 pm I've tried Melda's MCCGen in the past and ended up having crashes because of it. V 14.06-14.07 have a glitch, which can crash the host. Previous version should be fine.
