Yeah. Is there a way to do pitch shifting without latency?

No I'm afraid, and never will. But perhaps frequency shifting could do it? (if the difference will be tiny) Or perhaps vibrato with well chosen shape.

Nice method!

You can also use MCharacter to fake guitar feedback, and it's really flexible. Same method, put it in front of the ampsim and play with the harmonics.

How strong the "feedback" comes out depends on how strong the overtones are in the original material. But I guess you could also help out with the synthesis tab if they're a bit weak.
