I noticed that with my current project stopped, the master channel was showing a signal at about -80dB. I used Solo to narrow it down to my delay channel, using Colour Copy 1.0.0 with the Dusk colour.
You can see in the attached screenshot, that the gate is showing a very quiet signal. If I turn the colour knob to Snap (or below), that noise floor disappears and there's complete silence again. If I disable Colour Copy, again it goes back to complete silence.
This is Windows 64-bit using Bitwig 3.2.

The manual explains the different colours, and also explains the higher noise floor in dusk mode.
