The new content is great, so thank you! However, the latest update for it (version 1.1) has installed it again into a new location so the content is duplicated.
original install location:
C:\Users\{me}\AppData\Roaming\Tracktion\Waveform\Presets
new install location:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tracktion\Waveform\Content\Presets
The old and new downloads seem to be different sizes, so I'm guessing that the update includes some new or altered content. Is there any advice on what I should do? I am considering moving the new content to be with everything else in the AppData path.

Did you manually install the first content pack by unzipping it into C:\Users\{me}\AppData\Roaming\Tracktion\Waveform\Presets? If so, delete those ones manually. Version 1.1 just adds content, so it doesn't really matter which ones you delete.
The reason the new content is in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tracktion\Waveform\Content\Presets is that it's pretty big and I don't want it to get duplicated if you have multiple users on one machine.

Thank you. Yes, I had manually unzipped the content to be with other presets because the old version of the Tracktion Downloader wasn't doing that final step.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Hi,
horst
Is there a way to tell MultiSampler to look at an alternative path for content? Because it is so big I store al 'catalog stuff' like this on a separate partition to keep system images small.FigBug wrote: Wed Jul 08, 2020 11:23 pm ... Yes, go to settings > file locations > presets and add an additional folder. Then move the big presets to that folder.
