Hello Uncle E.
Since yesterday, I keep getting this on JRR store. Any ETA for a fix before I end up saving my money ?
The best thing for that is to email us directly. Presonus made us remove all site discountsKalamata Kid wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 7:54 pm Will the Studio One 5 deal be the same as it was before the crash?
Crossing my fingers.
Started to buy but got distracted and went back later but the site had crashed.
Here's their policy:Birchblaze wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 10:25 pm Hi, Does PA issue coupons/vouchers every month? I purchased a PA plugin here recently, and have been waiting for a new coupon for July, to pay for the license transfer, but haven't seen, or heard of any. I'm a bit new to their process...
Thx,
Kerry
Thanks so much! Apparently, I need to actually buy something from them!shidostrife wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 10:34 pmHere's their policy:Birchblaze wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 10:25 pm Hi, Does PA issue coupons/vouchers every month? I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.VariKusBrainZ wrote: ↑Sun Jun 28, 2020 1:19 pm @ Uncle E
I've been unable to access JRR on my Android tablet with Chrome browser for a few months now.
I get the below message, usually with others websites that report this I can click a link in the message to override it and go to the webpage but its not available in this JRR warning:

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
ditto
When you go to web sites via https (secure http) it checks the certificates that the web server presents are valid. That error is saying the browser can't trust the certificate for some reason - usually it's because the certificate has expired. You tend to buy them for a specific period, like 12 months, so if you go into month 13 on that certificate that'd be the sort of message you'd see. Fix for that is they just fork out some money to get that certificate renewed.Bleulander wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 11:27 am What's wrong with https://www.jrrshop.com/, I get a security threat when you go to their site?
