Hello Uncle E.
Since yesterday, I keep getting this on JRR store. Any ETA for a fix before I end up saving my money :hihi: ?

It should be fixed today.

Will the Studio One 5 deal be the same as it was before the crash?
Crossing my fingers.
Started to buy but got distracted and went back later but the site had crashed.

The best thing for that is to email us directly. Presonus made us remove all site discounts

Hi, Does PA issue coupons/vouchers every month? I purchased a PA plugin here recently, and have been waiting for a new coupon for July, to pay for the license transfer, but haven't seen, or heard of any. I'm a bit new to their process...

Thx,
Kerry

I've been unable to access JRR on my Android tablet with Chrome browser for a few months now.

I get the below message, usually with others websites that report this I can click a link in the message to override it and go to the webpage but its not available in this JRR warning:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.jrrshop.com (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
Thank you for asking. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Im getting it on my desktop now too so Im totally locked out of buying from jrr, where I spend most of my software monies!

What's wrong with https://www.jrrshop.com/, I get a security threat when you go to their site?

When you go to web sites via https (secure http) it checks the certificates that the web server presents are valid. That error is saying the browser can't trust the certificate for some reason - usually it's because the certificate has expired. You tend to buy them for a specific period, like 12 months, so if you go into month 13 on that certificate that'd be the sort of message you'd see. Fix for that is they just fork out some money to get that certificate renewed.
Slightly worse case scenario happens if the company that they bought the certificate from becomes 'untrusted' thus invalidating all their certificates. If that happens and you need to sort it quickly you'd probably have to buy a new certificate from elsewhere and sue the company you bought the original cert from.
Even harder to sort out scenario - there's something wrong at the browser end and they've mistakenly blacklisted a bunch of certificates or certificate providers.

But, yesterday jrrshop was having issues with their MySQL database, today issues with their certs so either their web server(s) are up the Swanny or something daft has happened like they turned security off to allow remote admins on to fix the database and then forgot to turn it back on after.
