Exactly. That's the first thing I observed and liked. Two layers are common, for ARKHIS takes it one step further with 3 layers.
But I am wondering why there is no pan knob for each layer (or did I overlook it?).

To your first question - the samples. Arkhis is an orchestral library. It's a bit like asking why a drum library has an advantage over a guitar one.Kalamata Kid wrote: ↑Mon Sep 14, 2020 6:28 am What makes Arkhis stand out over the competition?
For me I may avoid Arkhis as it requires Kontakt and it is not multi-touch capable.
I don't think so - think of it as any other orchestral sample library, only it technically works by going between layers. (At least that's how I understand it, I'll have a proper play next month when I get CE.)
Quadravox is a multi-voice pitch shifter. It does not load or process multiple samples.Kalamata Kid wrote: ↑Mon Sep 14, 2020 6:28 am Which other plugin blends two or more samples?
