Notes cutting out (Ample Guitar L)

At first I thought Ample was trying to be clever and not allow unplayable chords, but I am finding notes cutting out on really simple stuff - 2 note minor 3rds for instance.
For instance, I can play A + C# together fine, but not G# + B. F# + A works fine again. It's very annoying. Anyone know what's going on?
Thanks.

I'm not sure, but I think Ample instruments are quite picky about velocity. Have you tried all notes on 80, for instance?

Hi -thanks for the reply. Well, I'm playing it live right now (but also recording into my DAW) so I'll have a play with velocity and see if that works.
No, doesn't seem to be linked to velocity. And the problems moves around seemingly randomly. Is something I'm doing somehow triggering a temporary monophonic response, which then switches off just as suddenly? Don't know what that could be though.

I assume you have installed the latest version for AGL? I don't have any of my Ample instruments installed right now, since I recently bought a new computer, and have loads of software to install. I'm sure Ample Sound will chime in here once they're doing their round. They are usually replying to posts in this forum regularly.

Btw, try changing to "keyboard mode". The reason for the notes cutting could be because you are not in keyboard mode.

I"ve just checked in the manual for Keyboard Mode, and it does seem this could be causing it. Apparently there's a 'Play Mode' switch to toggle this off/on - but I don't seem to have it in my plug in!
Hopefully someone from Ample will come on soon and be able to help.
thanks.

OK, so I've found this switch, and this has solved it.
My only concern now is the algorithm to stop unplayable chords is actually stopping highly playable ones. Oh well.
