FYI: JRR Shop is recognizing my account, but throws error webpage when I click on "my orders". Basically, it is not showing my orders. I have been their customer for a year now.

perhaps the backbone isn't updated yet, perhaps they restarted the site from some time, a backup.
i came here to look if there was a problem, because i couldn't login. and i saw only old stuff.
wanted to look up something, for someone else.. yes for a friend, haha.. really.. bought enough lately by jrrshop.
great shop. a pity that there are so much problems now.

Hardware failure or database corruption perhaps... it happens. Backups are important!

JRR's 'Featured Specials' are currently dated Friday, November 23, 2018.

I can log in and see my orders, but all orders after 2018 are missing from my account. Seems like an old database back up indeed

You'll need a time machine to take you to 2022. The site's still borked, it just doesn't look it.

I will say, the JRR site seems significantly faster than it did before. Hopefully that will still be the case when/if they get the listings and order histories updated.

Searching is still slow, but it's at least feasible now (~10 seconds to search) - it was to the point in the past where searching was simply impossible, like no response for minutes kind of slow.

Give JRR some time to get on their feet. I'm sure distributing the free sample packs is not their priority - nor should it be - when the site is not even up properly yet.

If you want to get something there are other stores to shop through. If you want to support Uncle E I believe they are taking orders through Facebook? Maybe he can confirm. Either way, he could use some support right about now so I will be waiting until JRR is back online.

He's likely losing tons of sales and the loss of an online store front today just shouldn't happen. Especially for weeks. That's outrageous imo.

I think people forget that this is how Uncle E earns a living and that getting our next fix is not the most important thing
