Same here. The most recent orders are from 2018 for me as well. Hopefully they have the other data. Looks like it might be a long road ahead for them.

I will still support JRR going forward. Eric's been great in the past and has earned my support (and then some).

The site is online but I still can not log into my account.
And since I registered there in the mid of 2019 I do not have an old password that lets me log in.
Is there no other possibility to access?

It's really strange the way the JRR Shop site sits there zombie like with not a single message about the issues they've been having.
I wouldn't spend a red cent with them even if my login did suddenly start working again because I just don't trust it to stick around.

Yes, i can absolutely understand your concern, but please don't get me wrong:
I haven't really had any difficulties with JRRShop in the past.
The service and the support were first class, not to mention the good prices.
So it would be sad if this doesn't clear up soon or at least a statement about the status so that we don't remain in the dark...

Uncle E seems to be missing in action. I wrote him a note a while back but did not get a reply which is fairly untypical. Would be very sad if this would be the end of JRR.

That's the biggest concern. If they can lose their site and can't seem to fully get it back, how are they handling sensitive data? And with no assurances or statements, coupled with how they're treating it just from a business standpoint, it makes me wonder.

I'm guessing he didn't have in house, dedicated IT? It is situations just like this that most companies have decent people and policies to mitigate ever getting here. Even small business owners should have something in place.

Honestly I hate to say it but this is how I'm feeling. I used to see Uncle E posting here every single day but now that we actually legitimately want to know what's actually going on he's posting next to nothing.
Part of the reason why I felt confident purchasing from JRRShop was his presence on the KVR forums.
