Is this an okay place to comment on pluginval and make requests?

My request is to have a list of tests performed for each Strictness level. This is for plugins that completely crash pluginval. When it crashes there is no log so it's very hard to know which particular test caused the crash. A recent plugin I tested did fine at levels 1 and 2 but crashes on level 3.
