Can't login to KVR Learn

I've a problem with KVR Learn. I tried to contact your support and Non Linear Educating support but I didn't even get a reply...
I've been a subscriber for quite some time, but I'm not able to login anymore. This is really annoying since a I continue to get charged for the service subscription without any way to use it!

I login to KVR site with no problem, but whenever I try to get into KVR Learn, the browser starts bouncing indefinitely back and forth between www.kvraudio.com (http://www.kvraudio.com) and kvraudio.nonlineareducatng.com

I tried to reset cache, cookie, 3 different browser and different PCs... no way!

Can you help me?
Or can I get refunded? (But I really liked the service, it was excellent, so I'd rather be able to get in!!)

There's a flaw somewhere indeed. I have no account there (didn't even know about KvrLearn), but can see there's clearly a problem.

https://kvraudio.nonlineareducating.com/dashboard redirects to https://www.kvraudio.com/learn/ which again redirects back to https://kvraudio.nonlineareducating.com/dashboard but only if you had set auto-login to KvrAudio.

Maybe the best thing is to drop an email to contactus@kvraudio.com or contact Ben via PM >here<. Or let's try to summon him:

I dropped an e-mail... 2 weeks ago. I didn't get any reply! Few days ago my credit card got charged with another month subscription rate... really annoying!

Order your CC company to revert the payment. Speaking with your wallet sometimes works to get a message through.
