Repro-1 - Long "cycle" on unmodulated patch?

On some patches with very high distortion (from Jaws and Sonic Conditioner), there's a cycle that seems to be about 30 seconds long, which changes the sound dramatically. I have to wait until the desired point in the cycle for the "good" part, to hear the desired sound I designed. This is on a patch with no modulation except for Osc B modulating the Filter. Is this normal behavior? Is there a way to have a more predictable sound every time I hit a key?

Or better, an example preset. Might be normal behaviour, but I'd have to check your preset.
