Unable To Update ArcSyn From v4.0.2 To V4.0.3

I am unable to update ArcSyn v4.0.2 to v4.0.3.

With v4.0.2 installed ... when I try to update to v4.0.3 ... the files are installed but even though my DAW scans the installed .dll locations ... Arc Syn is not detected by my DAW at all. I've done a DAW rescan as well as a clear cache/rescan to be sure.

After this process failed I uninstalled v4.0.2 and tried to install v4.0.3 with the same results.

With v4.0.2 installed my reaper-vstplugins64.ini folder shows the following ...
ArcSyn.vst3=00725B01104AD501,1086281371,ArcSyn (SPC Plugins)!!!VSTi
ArcSyn.dll=00452A00104AD501,1397769057,ArcSyn (SPC Plugins)!!!VSTi
XXXArcSyn.vst3=00725B01104AD501,1086281371,ArcSyn (SPC Plugins)!!!VSTi

With v4.0.2 removed and v4.0.3 installed my reaper-vstplugins64.ini folder shows the following ...
ArcSyn.vst3=005F96CFD9F7D501
ArcSyn.dll=000534CDD9F7D501
XXXArcSyn.vst3=00725B01104AD501,1086281371,ArcSyn (SPC Plugins)!!!VSTi

Note the missing information in the v4.0.3 installation. I dunno if this has anything to do with the problem but I suspect it may.

So ... I need a little help from SPC tech support to get this sorted out.

System specs ...
Windows 10 x64 v1909
Reaper x64 v6.13

I have resolved my problem of getting Reaper to detect ArcSyn v4.0.3 using these steps ...

* Go here
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... -downloads

* Downloaded and install
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64)
File vc_redist.x64.exe

* Install ArcSyn v4.0.3

* Go into Reaper preferences and do a clear cache/rescan

* Restart

That got v4.0.3 working for me.
