In the window "Select Plugin" I would like to get information about the module directly with F1.
(I want the description of what the module is for)

Unfortunately I don't get any information about the module itself, also not in module. If I go over the name in the title bar, I only get the info about the buttons on this bar.

Did I miss something or is that not possible?

This would make an excellent feature request—Much needed!

Well, not possible, perhaps some day when time allows. To be honest, I don't see much use for it. Everyone knows what autopan or compressor is. There are a few "specialities", but really just a few, and these are usually rarely needed.

Sorry, but "with all due respect", this is a non-answer. What's really being asked for isn't just F1 entries; it's at least SOME info about EACH of the "plugins" available to each grid, wherever that's located, IMO, anyway. Info of this sort should have nothing to do with the opinion of the seller about whether it's useful to explain his product. It's for the USERS to decide that, along with how useful TO THEM any of these devices will be or might become once they know at least a LITTLE something about them.

Sure, anyone who buys MSF is very likely to know what a "compressor" is. But then what are AutoVolume, Dynamics, DynamicsEX, ModernCompressor, Phatik, and TurboComp there for, when you already have a Compressor? Do they do the same things as the Compressor? Are they more advanced, or more primitive, or more "whatever??" than the Compressor? Even if "rarely needed", why are they there in the first place? And since they ARE there, I bought them, and I want to know exactly when they ARE needed, no matter how rarely. It's up to the user of the tool kit, not the maker of it, to decide what's needed, especially when the kit contains a bunch of not-familiar tools, apparently there for SOME reason.

"…really just a few…"?? I'm not an expert, but definitely NOT a beginner with synthesis or audio FX, either, and I quickly counted over 40 devices listed in the Gen and FX grid Select Plugins panels that I had no clue about using or for what.

"To be honest, I don't see much use for it."
Tools that are "usually rarely needed" are EXACTLY the sort of tools that require explanation, esp. when the user is looking for something that is not obviously available in a tool kit that's obviously WAY bigger than "usual" and includes many not obviously useful nor easily identifiable tools. "What are THESE for??" may be a useless or not pertinent question when asked about someone else's toolkit, but about the tool kit you just bought, it's a blindingly obvious FIRST question.

Just a single sentence outlining the function and most likely use of ALL of these devices seems an utterly reasonable and essentially basic requirement. Ideal would be at least a single usage example for each one. But to decide that users don't need even the most basic info about these is pure nonsense. Sure, you’ve got "no time", and AFAIK most MSF users are very tolerant of that sort of excuse, having seen it often enough, and being grateful for an already great tool. But to slather "I also think you don't need it, so I'm not even going consider finding the time until important stuff is done" BS over it is just insulting.

What's at issue is what USERS see a need for. Not you.
