How to increase the tempo without changing the pitch?

How to do this, that and the other. Share, learn, teach. How did X do that? How can I sound like Y?

Well, this turned out to be suprisingly difficult. I want to continuously speed up the loop (not a single sample) by a large amount, until it falls into audio range on its own. It's supposed to sound like speeding up engine FX but not change the pitch by single resample. It's kinda like drumroll, except over full loop.

Using Ableton Live. Also have a plenty of synths. Can any sampler do that, maybe?
