Support audio interfaces with more I/O

I use RME UFX+, which when everything is added together supports 94 input and 94 output channels. Sadly cannot see them all in MuLab because the list stops at 32. Looks like inputs/outputs being activated are stored as a 32-bit bitmask, which is where the limit comes from. I understand the efficiency behind this decision, but I cannot record all external gear that I have hooked up to UFX+ because of this

Please support all the I/O that is reported by the audio interface to the OS.


Another very cool feature would be being able to rename the inputs and outputs (both for audio and for MIDI devices)!
