Mine worked. I like the svx. Also cool, I found I had a bunch of unused jam points from past purchases. Spent a fun two hours playing hendrix licks through various fuzzes and the svx bass amp. Why? Because i can!

Someone needs to correct the clock at Arturia.

The clock's fine, it's the deal page that needs to die.

That's obvious, but who's complaining? There's still a chance for anyone interested. Pretty sure it's intentional (sale extension).

Yes, they have been offering it since late 2019. I got V Collection 7 upgrade through split payment last year. It is indeed cool and makes the purchase more manageable.WatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 10:23 am yeah true. Pretty cool they’re offering split payments too.
But a word of caution if it matters: The split payment showed USD (which is the currency Arturia shows for me) when I ordered, but it turned out that all the installments including the first were done in EUR. So, it costed me about 10 USD more. I told them about it and they were kind enough to allow me to choose a couple of sound banks for free as a compensation. Hopefully they should have corrected this currency issue by now.
Waves seems to have started split payment too now.

Absolutely. I bought V Collection for €240 a few months back and for €60 each month I'm hardly even noticing it. It's essentially freeWatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 10:23 am yeah true. Pretty cool they’re offering split payments too.

I manage to buy free plugins too and its easy: all I do is skip dinners for a week and by the end the savings from that can justify the needless plugin purchase. You can apply this logic to buying a car too if you do your own dental..Mushy Mushy wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 11:11 amAbsolutely. Anyone bought from the Juno Records site? I’m looking at their synths for sale pages and there are some attractive prices

But, would just like to know what people’s experiences are before I sell a kidney.

I have purchased a Waldorf Pulse 2 and several Eurorack modules from Juno Records, and have been very satisfied. For US purchasers, their prices are usually the lowest I have found, and they often offer next-day free shipping from the UK to the US.WatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 4:03 pm Anyone bought from the Juno Records site? I'm in the U.S. I bought Keyscape from them and never received it. It was shipped (IF it was shipped) without any means of tracking the package. They didn't know what postal/shipping in the U.S. was going to deliver it to me (Fedex, UPS, USPS?). So for a few weeks I didn't know ANYTHING about my ~$300 purchase.WatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 4:03 pm Anyone bought from the Juno Records site? In the end they said the package couldn't be delivered because I wasn't home (BS, every shipping service would attempt more than one delivery before sending the package back to the UK, also, my wife works from home and, before corona, I was working 60%+ of the time from home). Anyways, they refunded me my money with no issues.

I see a cool sale on Best Service The Orchestra, but I also see there's a The Orchestra Complete version.
Is the non-complete version an excellent product in its own right, or would one want the complete upgrade to feel they have a full package?

Looks to me like The Orchestra is the bread and butter part of the complete package. So I'd say yes. But you're probably better wait for someone who actually used these products to confirm that.thenumber23 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 5:16 pm I see a cool sale on Best Service The Orchestra, but I also see there's a The Orchestra Complete version.

What ever!
