Export to MP3 - track is slightly detuned?

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before? I didn't have time to do much testing but I had a few goes and basically it's exactly what it sounds like - I export an MP3, and the whole thing is running at a slightly lower pitch than it is meant to - sounds awful, to be honest.

I tried with dithering on and off, and exporting at 1x Playback speed.

I'm not sure what triggered the change as I made a couple of changes plugin-wise between exports. I added a second track utilising a Sforzando + volume and pan rack, added the "dreamy guitar" plugin rack preset to that track, and added a compressor to another track.

I'm running an i5-8400 with 16gb RAM, and I've exported more complex tracks with recorded audio before with no trouble - this is a purely MIDI setup.

Playback in the DAW itself is fine.

Any advice would be most welcome :) I haven't had the chance to try exporting to WAV or anything else just yet

just hazarding a guess but sample rate mismatch? eg mp3 player running to your soundcard at 44.1K but file/original project was 48K?
An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

Hmm, thanks for the tip. I'm not sure why that would have changed between the changes but I'll make sure! :)

Thanks, that seems to have fixed it! All the settings worth 48khz apart from the MP3 dialog which was 44.1k, tested a new export on both settings and setting it to 48khz fixed it. I must have changed it without realising. Thank you!
