Sadly I haven't been able to figure this out. Looks like these new scan indicators are buried in the scripts. In over my head! I will post my updated skins with the "slim" version soon, but no scan indicators. Maybe someone that understands programming better can fix them.

To restore progress button, you need to edit 3 parts in script.
1. In original skin script, state button is written between "_RestoreLabel" and "_ViewMenuButtonP5". Just copy & paste this part will get the button back.
2. Which color state button uses is defined in "PatchBrowser". Again copy&paste this from the original script.
3. The colors themselves are defined in the very earlier part of script.
