I just did a bit of reading to see if I could use it twice as I have been saving the March survey one for Black Friday, but apparently if you've used it you cant use it again. So Id dissuade people from using it now, save it for the big drops later..zacha wrote: Thu Aug 20, 2020 4:22 am Just noting that the new Plugin Alliance survey coupon appears to be the exact same code as the March survey, if you’ve already done that one

^ Good point and exactly the reason why I still haven't used that PA survey voucher.

The site works fine for me. I don't care much about the limiter, but I've used their Loudness Suite Surround for more than a year on a regular basis and it has quickly become my metering solution of choice (and I've got them all - including Nugen and other usual suspects). Light on resources, high quality product in my book. Demo if you can.plexuss wrote: Wed Aug 19, 2020 8:01 pm Just noticed Signum's limiter on sale ($33 regular $75). Any opinions on this? Also, their site appears to be done - anyone know if this is a bad omen or critical failure, or just a glitch?

Same here. The Loudness Suite (I also use surround but for most people here the regular one will do) is one of the most useful tools out there.lumcas wrote: Thu Aug 20, 2020 2:11 pmThe site works fine for me. Hi,
is there anybody that owns the Octopus Leviathan Bundle?
Are the samples still "up to date"...?
Any opinions?
Thanks in advance.

I was thinking to grab this or the Loopmasters bundle. Then, I listened to the demos and realized I don't need these samples. Samples are high quality, no doubt, but certainly not for the genres I like to produce.paolostylo wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 8:21 amHi,jzero wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 6:29 am Krotos Dehumanizer Simple Monsters at pluginboutique for $29

I would highly recommend listening to the audio demos (again) with fresh ears and mind to make the right decision. The only thing in the equation is whether it fits your genre or not; price is an absolute bargain as we all know.
OTOH, I love the new Sasha Artist Expansion by NI and might grab that one. It seems at least indirectly useful for me if not directly.

I own the first two, but don't use them very often. Bought them a while ago due to fomo, I guess. The quality is good, stuff's just not for me.paolostylo wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 8:21 am Hi,

You possibly could do a free trial for Splice Sounds and check the samples, if they're useful for you, since the Black Octopus stuff is on there.

That's a cool tip, thanks a lot.
I'm a Splice-Subscriber but did not know that they have it.
I really check it out this afternoon.
@LoveEnigma18:
Also to you many thanks!

Another suggestion is to buy UJam Hype which just got released and can be had from Jrrshop for $41 (use coupon 'group', better than 'forum'), I personally am really enjoying UJam especially for midi drag and drop and also quick load times. YMMV.

So does anyone have opinions on the Audio Imperia bundle on NI right now?
I don't really have much modern trailer stuff in my library so I'm tempted on it
EDIT: Think I've made up my mind, would definitely rather have a more full featured library at that price. I guess their definition of a hybrid library is an orch library with some typical trailer braam patches added in.
Also the lack of second violins in Jaeger is a bit iffy.

It’s a bundle of mainly orchestral libraries aimed at cinematic compositions rather than trailer music.timbit2006 wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 2:30 pm So does anyone have opinions on the Audio Imperia bundle on NI right now?

Yeah I think that's true. But I've also read a bunch of opinions saying AI specialise in trailer music and epic sound design. That means their stuff won't overlap too much with stuff like Metropolis Ark.agharta wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 4:53 pmIt’s a bundle of mainly orchestral libraries aimed at cinematic compositions rather than trailer music.timbit2006 wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 2:30 pm So does anyone have opinions on the Audio Imperia bundle on NI right now?
