NI codes used to be tied to the account and therefore non-transferable. Did that change?

Interestingly, the e-vouchers have always worked with other accounts, as there is no check wrt account. I have used them a few times.

Conditions still don't allow the transfer. NI might already be aware of this (at least by now), but probably finds it to be of their own benefit.

I know other elements products have been free on their own. In fact, if I remember right, pluginboutique had neutron elements free with any purchase last month, and then gave it away free this month! Has RX7 elements ever been free? Wondering if I need to buy something too or just wait...

Probably not the very cheapest, but $4.90 for W.A. Production's Dodge Pro or $6.90 for the Mutant Bundle will get you some cute and useful effects along with your RX.
