Is there a Melda plugin that focuses, eg. has a lot of various parameters, on early reflections ?

I was thinking more along the lines of the complexity of parameters pertaining to ERs in a dedicated reverb like the Oxford Reverb for instance.

FWIW, I have MTurboReverb set up separately for early reflections and reverb tails on my FX auxes. Supposedly, early reflections are for creating depth and placement whereas the tail is more for the character and fill.
If you set the predelay more than 20ms then they won't be early reflections anymore but first reflections so long as they come in before the reverb tail assuming you have that on a separate track.
If I remember, setting the early reflections to be delayed a lot and turned up loud makes it seem as though you're in a huge space but near a wall.
