From Waves terms page:
If you shop through a certified Waves dealer:

• All of the above terms & conditions apply.
• You must register the serial numbers provided by your dealer in your Waves account before the end of the promotion.
• One day after the promotion ends, you will receive an email with a link to a web page where you will be able to log in to your Waves account and select your free plugin.
• Free plugin selection must be completed by Friday September 25, 2020, 5:00 AM EDT.

And from OUR snippet:

One thing to take note of is, "Waves reserves the right to end promotions whenever they like"

This includes "24HR ONLY" sales that last for 6 days. And you will then receive your links one day after that (i.e. whenever Waves feels like it)...

I can confirm after redeeming a few of these Waves promotions, that you will be able to choose the plugins that were $29 before the sale ended (so not the ones that become $29 after the sale ends, but the ones that were $29 at the time you redeemed the promo (which will likely be being sold at a different price at the time you select them as freebies, but what matters is that they were $29 during the sale).

I think that's probably the case because they've had practically the same sale going on for God knows how long, just branded under different names. I guess tho the [next] sale will continue indefinitely afterwards...
