Hey Pete,
I know you are a big wavetable guy. Did you find the Metamorhic Oscillator to be as versatile?
Hey Pete,
MT like Static Link Build Visual Studio 2019JamminFool wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 7:25 am can someone explain what the MT versions of the files are? i tried looking through the thread, but am still confused. what is it for?
Apologies, temporary brain fart - I was updating Falcon at the same time as typing this !FathomSynth wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 3:38 am Falcon? Fathom has nothing to do with UVI Falcon, never used it.
Thanks - though what does that mean to us non-programmers ?! Is it faster or more stable than the non MT build - why would someone use one over the other? I was assuming MT stood for something like Multi-Threaded so would be better on CPU usage, guess not !
Yes, MT like Multi-Threaded or MicroTuning, it will not go fastermcbpete wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 8:16 amThanks - though what does that mean to us non-programmers ?! link to the big thread :FathomSynth wrote: Thu Mar 14, 2019 7:22 pm MT is the statically linked build.
Windows C++ libraries are statically linked into the plugin.
It is only needed on Windows systems which are missing stuff.
If the normal build works on your system then you don't need the MT build.

I just try to wrap my head around all the options and I'm just beginning to explore all the options.Scrubbing Monkeys wrote: Tue Sep 01, 2020 10:56 pmHey Pete,

Okay, I see. Maybe FathomVector 3.5 brings the MMO with WavetablesFathomSynth wrote: Fri Sep 04, 2020 3:53 am Also correct about the MMO. It has a simple dual oscillator which enables you to morph between a first and second wave. You can load any wave into either position and save them as well.
