Hi all and musers
I have been having a hard tme trying to install FXB files for the unsupported plugs. I drag an FXB file over to the install folder, go to setup in receptor and hit install...and nothing happens. I end up having to delete the file from the install folder.
However a folder of FXPs work fine.Drag the a folder of FXPs in 'em to the install folder and hit install..they install great.
Anybody else try this for the unsupported plugs you have installed?

Tim,
What plugin are you trying this with? If this is a free one I can get from somewhere I'll try it.
Also if can send me the FXB you are trying to import that will help.

Thanks for replying and sorry it's been a while since
Just tried it with the following plugins:
Maxx Clausters eJ( commercial)
SuperwaveP8 ( freeware)
PolyIblit ( freeware)
UKas ( Commercial)
FreeAlpha ( freeware and already installed on Receptor)
Dropping FXB's ( go to Patch Arena..lots of banks)
do not install..they just hang in the Install folder.I end up deleting them from the folder to clear it.
Dropping a folder of FXP's however works fine.
It could be my particular system, as I have been doing a lot of beta testing on these plugins
