Hi,

For some reason my Acoustic Bass will not load and because files are not found in Kontakt. My sample folders don't look like the ones in the manual. I looked for my original email link and couldn't find it although I'm guessing the link isn't good anymore. I also have a backup, but it has the same files.

Edit: I purchased the Acoustic Bass on March 14, 2020.

Does anyone even read these posts? I have no idea how to even contact Premiere Sound Factory. This has to be the worst support I’ve ever seen. I can’t even contact the company directly? I have 40K worth of software from every major developer and never have these kinds of issues.
