Hey
Hope you are well.

It is often talked about Massive, Serum, Omnisphere 2, etc. but little about synthesizer plugin gems like Chromaphone 2. For this reason, I decided to introduce C2 in more detail, to play it etc. Let's say: it's much more than many 10 min reviews on YouTube show.

The first video is about the resonator triggers "mallet" & "noise". I show how you can use them and that they are also versatile sound generators without the resonators.

Hope it helps and you enjoy it. I'm not a YouTube entertainer but more the info guy :)

Thanks a lot in advance for watching and for your support :)

Looks great, thank you. Are there more videos planned for the future?

Cool, I picked this up a month ago, so I'm sure I can still learn something. Will watch :-)

There is already one more video but I didn't want to post it so quickly :)

I really like tweaking Chromaphone 2. One of my best plug-in's. Thanks for the video. Learned some new tricks by it :)

I see in the video you use Ableton Live. How does Chromaphone2 compare to Collision (also made by AAS)?

Post

Collision in Ableton Live is based on Chromaphone 1 and did not have the coupling feature between the two resonator models which brings additional new sounds. The resonators sound to me better in Chromaphone 2 than Collision.
