The thumbs-down brigade were pretty active on the preset discussion threads too if you said you didn't see the need for another thread, so no surprise at all there. I wouldn't've noticed anything hadn't imrae pointed this out. I lost all of my old orders from JRRshop after their crash. And I don't care, I still happily order from there -- UncleE has been one of the few sellers ever to be so in-touch and responsive to his customers, he deserves our business.

Well, I have to admit, the inconsistency in the font choices in some of these preset posts is indeed a massive insult to anybody with just the slightest bit of design sense. Not very responsive lately. I have stopped purchasing from JRR, after spending, well, who knows how much, because the shop lost all the history data, but a lot. But loosing the data is not the main point, but loosing their credibility.
